For a refund, you should return the item(s) in original condition within 14 days of the date you receive the item(s). Upon receipt of item(s), the cost of the goods minus the delivery charges will be refunded within 24 hours of receipt

2. Do I require a tracking number for return?
Yes, the tracking number should be provided to us by email when you ship
3. The Postal Service missed you when they attempted to deliver your item
Normally, the mailman leaves a notice in your absence and may arrange redelivery or you may pick up the item at the Post Office indicated on the notice. If the item is unclaimed then it will be returned to the sender. Please contact your Post Office as soon as possible.
